With travel in her blood, thanks to her mother's career in the airline industry, Stacy grew up exploring the world. Now, as an adult, she’s on a mission to revisit the cities she once knew as a child, adding new chapters to her story.

Second Act
(a definition)
/ˈsɛk(ə)nd akt/: a pursuit, pivot or life-shift usually after an extended period of routine and/or misery (i.e. "the first act"), stemming from an epiphany, self-reflection or a strong desire to improve one's circumstances or realize one's dreams.
After many years of working a thankless desk job in a stuffy corporate atmosphere she decided that her second act would be to quit her job and pursue her dream of becoming a chef.
